panda baby fu long was awesomely and ridiculously welcomed to the vienna zoo today, complete with super creepy “kung fu panda” (thanks dreamworks) walking around like a frankenstein, crazy chinese dragon dances, lots of me having no idea about what the hell anyone is talking about, and of course what we all came for: free champagne. i mean the panda baby.

rules for the event included: “please drink your beers in the panda cave” and “sure, drink your beers in the bird sanctuary, too.”

thank you vienna zoo, for being totally animal friendly. i think my favorite animal in the park was the cat. tabby.

chicago is getting snowed in. i am still kind of debating on whether or not to run downstairs and make snow angels. the plus side to this is making awesome snow angels. the downside to this is it’s cold and i’m really comfortable on the couch.

while sitting on the couch, i saw a commercial for toliet paper, which featured a puppy running across a bridge made of charmin. there was a little tiny disclaimer in the corner that said “puppy fantasy. do not attempt.” i’m pretty sure the couch wins this time.
